Looking for 98 Light Carmine Red Convertibles

Someone looks pretty giddy about being in that drivers seat, but then who wouldn't be! Downsized, that would make a great avatar photo;). - Eric:w

Welcome aboard and congrats on the 98! Sounds like a nice looking car and it just so happens that one of the moderators here has one as well. She'll be happy to here that another one has joined our ranks but she will want to see photos so you'd better be prepared to post them:D. Be sure to...

With his money, I'm sure he'll be able to by and install one of the conversion kits that Lingenfelter will be producing by then.:) - Eric:w

ClearBra and Nakidparts Splash Guard Added

I can't see a thing...except a fine looking Jetstream Blue paint job:upthumbs. Very nice work. I should consider doing something like this for my next one as well since my 98 has more than its share.

    Hello

Don't worry about it. I never introduced myself either - that's been seven years now:D. But welcome aboard anyhow, we're glad to have you aboard!

    corvette storage

Here's a link to a winter storage article posted by Rob way back in 2001. It's a long article but a good read. There have also been numerous discussions about storage in the past as well. If you run a search from the toolbar at the top of the page you'll find tons of info. I'm just glad I...

Wayne, Lots of us are going. Here are links to the two most popular Carlisle threads. I'm going to lock this one just to keep all of the discussion together - hope you don't mind. Official info from Lance Miller Remo's annual countdown thread Regards, Eric

Yeah, I saw that about the center caps. I did have a couple fly off of my 84 Monte Carlo due to faulty steel clips:L.

    experiance helps

Sounds like, uhmmm, fun:D. It must be a rice thing. I changed the plugs and coil packs on a friends Lexus SUV. Those who have met me know I'm a little on the thin side but even I was struggling to get to the dang plugs. First you remove the 6 coil packs which are these wierd 5 inches long...

Is anyone looking for a nice almost new trailer for their Callaway?

No need for one personally, if mine goes somewhere I'm behind the wheel. Just thinking of others who might have a need. At least it's a TTT for ya. Good luck!

Check out this link. The gasoline usage is what I call documentation. A little obsessive I'd say.

Is anyone looking for a nice almost new trailer for their Callaway?

Still for sale or did it go on ebay?? If so, maybe ask the same question in the general forums so more than just Callaway owners might see this. - Eric:w

...new ZR1 is boring to look at, when parked beside this:

Gotta agree, screw underhood looks, you don't see the underhood when it's passing you on a highway. All someone would see is that the ZR-1 looks downright badass. Now a speedster, that is a Callaway with looks that kill. JMHO FWIW, -Eric:w

    Question: High Milage C5

I have a 98 with 70k on it. It had 500k on it when I bought it 2.5 years ago. According to the records I have the only thing done before I got it was oil sending unit at 40k. I had to replace the belt tensioner (TSB on that for making an annoying noise) but otherwise, just maintenance items -...

    Help! No brake lights

Hey Dale! I actually have experienced the exact same thing but sadly it wasn't with the Vette. It was my 95 Monte and it ended up being a relay of some sort. Send Paul a PM with a link to this thread, I'm sure he can help.
