You gotta "tell" the car that the new FOBS is #1. Have you done the FOBS re-learn thing? When waiting your 15 minutes, be sure to have your 4-way hazards "on." This won't allow your ECM to go to "sleep." Don't forget to push the unlock button on the FOBS. This tells the car it's a new #1. FOBS.
