I was hoping that there were specs on the two sensors and what the resistance was for certain temps. I know that in another car I had the fuel gauge was 0 - 90 ohms. I did measure the coolant temp while the engine was running, but still warming-up and I got a reading of 325 ohms. I do not...

Replace the ignition module...it has died. Be sure to get a 7 pin module...not a 4 pin.
