    A/C actuator and door

That's the fresh air inlet (vent). It opens and closes when the heat/A/C control is set to 'vent'. Yours is probably frooze up due to water running down the windshield pillar. Happened to my 78', the flapper door pivot rusted but the vacuum actuator was OK. Try a little WD-40 on the linkage...

    71 Fuel Gauge

Easy way to check for ground is to just run another one. Use a piece of 16 gage wire fasten one end to a bolt or screw IN THE FRAME. Make sure the frame is clean where you connect the wire. Then just touch the other end to the ground lug on the tank sending unit. You will need to remove the...

    71 Fuel Gauge

I would run a temporary ground wire from the frame to the blade terminal you see in the pic. Also pull off the other lead and make sure it is clean.

    71 Fuel Gauge

My guess is you lost the ground to the sender or the feed wire to the gage from the sender. One of the 2 connection shown in the picure.

    Hazard Lights. 1978

Looks like a brown wire from the flasher. Is the flasher plugged in? Also, make sure the turn signal connector (the big one under the dask mounted to the column) is plugged all the way in. Hazard flasher is plugged into the upper left corner of the fuse box.

    Need More Power!

Both have the shift linkage on the outside. Below are pics of both so you can confirm what you have. Muncie has 7 bolts holding the side cover on, and BW has 9.

I assume you mean this rather strange looking molding. If not, where from here do you need the pic? The 'U' shape faces up and there is a screw that holds it to the pillar.

    Need More Power!

80' was a Borg Warner T-10 not a Muncie. Not sure what Torque they will take.

    Radio and Bezel for 72

I bought a new stock bezel for my 71' from ZIP. Fit great. I don't know about the ones that are made for specific after market radios.

    1978 Negative Battery Cable Connection

I agree, it's an after market "universal" fit cable. Should only be the single heavy ground wire.

    VIN number 1968

My book (Corvette ID Numbers) and it agrees that body code 67 is a convert. 37 is coupe. The VIN is on the frame in 2 places, 1). left side rail slightly forward of the #4 body mount bracket. 2). Also found on the left side rear kickup above the wheel area slightly forward of the #3 body mount...

    Gage Lights Not Working

The ground is on the left hinge pillar above the courtesy light. You checked the fuse right? You can see it in this picture, the black wire that goes under the speedo cable on the left and is screwed to the pillar.
