I had to remove the glass (carefully), remove the bolts holding the regulator in the door, then work the regulator out through the space provided. The motor is riveted, those will have to be drilled in order to remove the motor. A Royal PITA.

Assuming you have done everything else correctly (did you bench bleed the master cyl?), you might try activating the ABS several times and re-bleed. You can usually activate the ABS with hard braking, especially if the pavement is damp or wet. I like to find a large empty parking lot, but a...
