Reports continue to pour in about LS7 rocker arm needle bearings showing up on the magnetic oil plugs. I checked my rocker arms and they appear to be fine, right now.
This is so frequent, that I was wondering if there had been a TSB generated about this?
If you are new to a track keep the A/H on. When you get familiar keep it off. Never pull the fuse on the antilock brakes. If affects steering and the brakes lock up all over the place.
My personal experience with Teflon has been excellent. I did not experience the paint rubbing. Currently I use Xeno (sp?), glows in the dark, but is a bit of a pain. Teflon is effortless.

The occlusion to the radiator will increase normal driving operating temps 5-10* with a 160* thermostat and 75* ambient air temp AAT. The license plate in the air pathway, will increase it 10*.
For performance driving, I do not know, because I modified them both.
Nice idea, but you do not need that as an engine oil analysis will not show wear to indicate that part. Pay more attention to your PPM silicone in your oil.

I installed the type with the round holes and spray painted them black. Actually I think they were hexagonal. I got them from McMaster.com for about $20 a sheet. You can specify any ratio of hole size you want. Mine have 86% air passage. You can probably plug in the 20 ga...

Dyno failure. Disengaged, nitrous pooled, then engaged, uneven pooling caused failure, parts of valves ejected. Motor was rebuilt by vendor at no cost to customer.
