    Another "overheating" thread for C4's

    Has anyone ever experienced a faulty EGR valve making an engine overheat? This is exactly what happened on my 84'. When it stuck (closed, I guess) the temp would start rising until I shut it down. You could turn the engine off for 2 or 3 minutes and re-start and watch the gauge come back down...
