i buy everything through the online suppliers. delivery takes time but the prices after paying shipping and customs duty still work out cheaper than that being sold in Europe!

Hi,
In Germany the AU inspection is every year. This is just the pollution check
TUV is every two years and covers all the mechanical, suspension, steering, and safety brakes, hand brake, lights.
I don't know about a required fog. I didn't have to put one on my 1970 C3. But maybe it has to do...
Looks like there are two of us in the same boat.
My engine is stamped CTK and is also stamped with the last nine digits of the VIN.
No power steering, no power brakes and no AC.
Exhaust manifold casting should be # RH 3932461, LH 3872765
Hi,
My 1970 LT-1 does not have an air pump nor does it have A.I.R holes on the exhaust manifolds.
Does this make my LT-1 a non original one?

Hi every one,
I've been checking different parts for date codes.
At the moment I'm at the driver's side mirror. I have a date code 11DCA R-4.
What would this correspond to?
I've also seen date codes xx DMI xx for outside mirrors.

Hi everyone,
Where exactly was the transistor ignition amp fitted.
I know that it was somewhere next to the radiator on a panel (driver's side) with its ribs facing to the front of the car.
Could someone post some photos of the amp's position?
The installing of the TI distributor, coil and new...
What is the correct (original) radiator cap for the LT-1 radiator?
I recently noticed that mine has some aftermarket non-original cap installed.

Hi everyone,
My '70 car lost its TI ignition sometime in its 34 year life.
I intend to bring back the ignition system to its original state. I already have the amp, coil and wiring and now need the distributor with a correct build date.
How many of you still have a functionning TI system...
I live in the Paris area.
The car is currently being mildly restored in England. Restoration is mostly of the mechanical kind.
The car will be registered in Germany.
It is a matching numbers, blue exterior and blue interior white top covertible.
