    *Callaway Corvettes For Sale Thread*

A bit late on the jump. That one's gone. However, there's an '87 CTTC with 35K miles for $9-$10K range. Has a salvage title and has been sitting for 8+ years. FS

I have a Coil over package as well and mine are roughly set @ 26.75 inches. I would have to go measure to be sure.

    EGR solenoid/Vacuum tree

The wedged shaped clips on the passenger side of the EGR solenoid was for a small sponge like air filter, nothing is connected to it and is not an issue if it's missing. FS

    Found an interview with Reeves

Whoa Nellie!!! I think you have completely mis-understood my stand on this issue. I've never once thought LPE built this motor. I have no doubt it was ALL Callaway. My whole point was that somebody is taking credit for something they didn't do, and have been for a very long time.

    Found an interview with Reeves

Who's arguing :confused Reread my post above where I state that I AM NOT arguing for or against this topic. I merely pointing out that two people are saying the opposite. Reeves makes it very clear that it was Callaway's engine and it doesn't take a person with a law degree to figure out...

    Found an interview with Reeves

I agree, this is a beaten issue. But to address your statements with some facts... What do you mean by recently added? It's been there since 1998:confused John was very much alive then and during this interview. This article originally appeared in the June 1998 issue of Vette Magazine ©...

    Found an interview with Reeves

Chris I'm not arguing for or against this particular topic. I'm merely stating that two ppl are saying the exact opposite. I did a quick check on LPE's website and it still has a statement about this particular topic: http://www.lingenfelter.com/legend.htm Per LPE website In 1988, Reeves...

    88 #57 Recipe for power

Sorry, missed this the first go around. The install is straight forward. There's a power wire, Tach wire, 2 grounds, vacuum line and injector connectors. I simply left the existing MF'r wiring harness in place but disconnected from the MF'r and tapped into it's existing power wire, tapped...

    88 #57 Recipe for power

No worries, but that's going to slow way down starting tomorrow... 2008 begins for me tomorrow and I'm slammed with work already (that's a good thing) Well after 45+ dyno pulls and getting nowhere with the "MicroFueler" I started calling it a new name which I now simply abbreviate to keep...

    88 #57 Recipe for power

You're very welcome! I'm happy to hear that this thread is helping a couple of Callaway owners. This applies to 1988CALLAWAY as well. The absolute coolest part of this AIC controller is that once it's set, it's pretty much set for good! What do I mean by this? After replaced the MF'r with...
