checking (cleaning) the IAC solenoids today but have no or little travel engaged. I can feel the buzz of the solenoids but no movement. I can't move them manually either are we supposed to be able to. It idles rough but manageable. question is should I buy new or do they just move...
There is a small Magnified bulb just over the radio in that small square extension that sticks out, has anybody ever gotton the correct replacement bulb and where. It has a magnifier end on the bulb to project the light down on to the controls :confused
Conversion went sweet getting 15psi after adjusting fuel pressure regulator. While disconnecting front to rear throttle bodies fuel line could not get one fitting loose no matter what. Then Bubba posessed :mad my body and I had to twist off the fuel line to get it off to put in a pressure gauge...
Is it safe to mix both, I was going to but the ace ( I say that loosely) at Advanced Auto said no I can't. I always though you could mix them if needed they sell a blend of motor oil ( syn & fossil ) ????????
Why are the back coolant ports capped off and are they supposed to be both capped off or just one. The reason I ask is I just tore down the intake and put new lifters in and forgot if both or just one of the ports is capped off also why are they if supposed to be ??
Looking to buy passenger side mirror glass only so far all places have wrong glass or glass stick'ons, can be used but no scratches please. The one I have was good until painter decided to scrape off paint from mirror now full of scratches.
Looking for cam and lifter suggestions would like as close to stock but maybe a little more bump not sure?? what do you folks suggest.

Does the mirror glass just pop out or is it a PITA. I need to put in new glass only, as the body shop decided to scrape off overspray with razor and OUCH! :mad

coolant sensor circuit voltage high, would that mean bad sensor or possibly something else electical, and would that be voltage coming out of sensor going to ECM.

Is the only way to flush out and drain the rear end, remove mono spring and rear end cover, or is there any other way that would be quick and painless. I don't see any other way. Also any recommedations on fluids. ;help
