Does anyone know where one can get the Corvette Delivery System envelope. Apparently it is a black plastic bag or envelope that held the contents including the owners manual for the 1991 corvette. Any direction is appreciated. Thanks.

Recently purchased a 91 convertible with 31/K mileage. Radio works but the CD makes a clicking noise but the disc won't go into the player. Has anyone had this issue or know if it's something that can be fixed? Thanks.
