$ Cost ?
Maybe I missed it somewhere but waiting to see cost. I want one but it may be out of my price range. Or, is this one of those things that if you have to ask what it cost you can't afford it anyway.
Gimmicky ?
I'm not sure what people are talking about when they say gimmicky. Are you talking about front splitter, rear spoiler, side skirts, front brake ducts, rear brake ducts, etc. I realize the vast majority of Vette owners don't take their cars to the track, but some people do. I have...
C6 Z06 to be obsolete soon
Looks like my C6Z06 will be obsolete soon. I want one but at what cost? That's what I'm worried about. I was pushing my limits to buy my C6Z06.
I cannot argue against your points. I just think the alternative would have been worse if not as bad. I still stand by my opinion as I would assume you will do as well.
USA 1st. :pat
I simply will not own one when they are not made in USA, regardless of the price. Also, I am very pleased that GM was bailed out. It was a good move for our government. Look at them go now. :pat
It's not fear for me. I just prefer that Corvette remain Chevy. That's just me. I've owned Chevy's my entire life and I'm getting up in years, so I've owned many Chevy's. I prefer Chevy over other brands. It's just that simple for me. I will still love the Corvette no matter what happens.
I voted N0, But!
I voted no to a V6 but I was assuming all V6 and no V8's at all. If V8's were still available, if V8 is wanted then I have no problem if V6's were the base engine. I still want my V8. In other words if I can have my V8 you can have your V6.
