What does the ZZ4 water pump look like?
Re: ZZ-4 water pump The ZZ-4 engines use a long water pump. L-98's use a short water pump. So if it truly is a ZZ-4 WP it will not work on your car.- trupp

4+3 Problems in Paradise Miami, Fla.
I would check the fluid level on the od unit and make sure you have sufficient transmission fluid it sounds like you might be low on fluid.- trupp

86 4+3 trans
86 4+3 The biggest problem I've had with my 4+3 is the 1st gear indicator switch on the transmission. Sometimes I have to jiggle the shifter back and forth towards 1st gear to get the switch to work and allow the overdrive to engage. Does reverse work on your car? No reverse is a sign of a...- trupp
