    Cloth Seat Covers?

I had the silver/gray cloth seats in mine. I just went to a local auto upolstry shop and asked the guy what he could do. Sky was the limit, I chose 2 different fabrics, one with a patteren for the center of the seat and a plain for the side bolsters so they are custom made but of the same...

    Anybody knows this connector?

Yeah, if you find the other end of that orange wire you'll find it's hot all the time and was used for the memory in the radio.

    Door Opening

There's an adjustment screw located on the rod attached to the outside door handle, make sure this is adjusted properly and that it engages the mechanisam but also that it doesn't leave presure on the mechanisam when not in use or the door won't open after it's locked.

    Oil Temp reading..????

Hmmm, mine runs above the water temp but it takes a long time to get there, usually over 40 min and sets in at over 200 but once it gets to temp stays pretty consistant after that.

    need speedo help

It's not hard to check the gear but have a pan ready when you pull it out cause you'll probably get some fluid when you take it out and that's probably where your problem lies. If the gear has been chewed up I'd drain your tranny and replace it. The driven gear will come out with the whole...

    ALUMINUM RIMS

When you make sure there is no clear coat, a die grinder and felt bobs along with some mothers aluminum polish can make them look like this with a little time.

    Darned "Check Engine" light

Well, if you take off the drivers side carpeted panel you might be able to reach up behind the gage cluster and get the socket out, they just twist out and back in. Getting the cluster out is easy tho, six screws, the 4 on the outside of the cluster and the 2 underneath attaching the cluster to...

    Turn Signal Indicater Lamp

Dash Bulbs Only if you're flexible enough to snake your arm up that far behind the dash and hopefully get the bulb out and the new one in. It's not that hard to get the speedo bezel out and you can replace all the bulbs and any bad sockets at the same time. If I remember I had to remove...

Vacuum Sensor, Where can I get one?

I've got a code 34 for the vacuum sensor circut so I checked the hose going to it and found the sensor itself had fallen apart. I was able to glue it back together and fix the vacuum leak but the sensor itself is shot so I've still got the code 34 going on even tho the vac is fine. Does...

    VBP front rebuild kit--"?"

I did this to my Vette last year and used the poly kit and I'm very happy with it and not a squeak to be heard anywhere but the brakes, lol. I also went with the 460's and like them also. The poly bushings come with some white grease to use with them, I used it and have no squeaks. Chuck

    I need a new carb

Carb The carb from these guys looked brand new, it goes throught a "tumble" process that cleans up the entire base of the carb and then it's redone with all new parts, I'm very happy with mine. Chuck.
