Oil wieght I run 10w 40 Mobile 1 and have for years in everything I drive. No oil related issues or breakdowns. My daily driver has 90,000 mi and I change oil at 4500 mi and never have to add in between.

Upgrade I've always had good luck with Sumitt or Northern Auto Parts. Comp Cams extreme energy cams will give you a good selection of cams that are very streetable and still give you good vacum for brakes and things like your heater controls.

Fluids I use Amsoil 75/90 in the manual and Dextron II in the overdrive. They say not to run synthetic in the overdrive.
