I am finally selling off the rest of my C3 Corvette parts and will be posting more through the end of the year.
The first, and largest item, is a straight, rust free (surface rust doesn't count) frame from a 1976 Corvette. The body is still sitting on the frame, but has been gutted and is only...

I bought a new set of Hooker side pipe headers and side pipes and had them ceramic coated. I also bought a new set of STS baffles. Never got to install them on the car and now I have to abandon the project all together. The headers are a little dusty from being in storage, but...

A set of 4 17x8 American Racing Torque Thrust II wheels with Ventus Sport K104 radials that have been mounted and balanced. Never mounted these wheels on the car. I was in the process of doing a frame off, but lost my shop and now I'm parting out my project. I've got $1,500 in them...
Those headers will fit as long as you don't have angle plug heads. They may still fit, but getting to a couple of the plugs might prove near impossible.
If at first you don't succeed, try, try again.....
I've sniped, been sniped, etc. I personally take it as part of the game. I really enjoy eBay (feedback of 736 and growing) as I have been able to find stuff that I could never seem to locate otherwise, for considerably cheaper than I would...
It will be a big change for you scenery wise, but if you get home sick for trees, east Texas has tons of them and is only a short drive away. You'll like that Texas has no state income tax, housing is very affordable, and while the summers can be extremely hot, you'll get used to it. Winters...
Can you take some pics of your setup? I have a ZZ4 and a set of ceramic coated Hooker side pipes with JCL Baffles, but have not gotten them installed yet. I've test fitted them to the engine and it looks like it will work just fine.
I'm assuming that you're referring to the rubber coating on the release handle. Mine looked pretty bad, so I stripped the old covering off and used liquid plastic to make new ones. Worked really well and I coated some tool handles with what I had left over.
Hmmm...from Modesto, CA to Amarillo, TX...talk about culture shock. You can get a free meal in Amarillo, if you can eat the whole thing. I don't know if the restaurant is still there, but if you could eat their 60ish ounce steak, including baked potato and fixin's (you'll get used to the work...
To aid in reducing the "over-assist", you can do away with the PS pump altogether and just cap off the R&P and go manual. It's a bit heavy in the parking lot, but tons of road feel cruising around.
Some folks like the stock steering setup, but I'm not one of them. I love my Steeroids. I do...
I bought a flex-fit rear bumper, but after it arrived and I had a chance to really look it over, I decided to stay with the urethane bumper. The flex-fit has more waves than the urethane and doesn't fit as well. I did get it off of eBay for a decent price, so I should be able to recoup my...
