I have heard the term "matching numbers". I recently bought a 1980 Vette. How can I tell if i have matching
numbers? Where are they located?
Thanks----Brian
I recently bought one that had limited use 2000 miles in the last 7 years. What I found is everything dries out from lack of use.
Watch for all places fluids go--brakes, heater, a/c, transmission.
Repairs can get pricey. With a car that age be prepaired for maintenance.
Still glad I did it...
My armrest is cracked and separates about 2/3 of the way through. I would like to fix it so it does not break completely. Any suggestions for a glue or epoxy.
Thanks,
Brian
My 1980 C3 came with P225 70R15 Tires on aluninium wheels on the car. This is the size mentioned in the owners manual.
It also came with an extra set of original wheels with P245 60R15 Tires mounted on them.
Will the bigger tires be OK on this car? Both set are tires are fine
so I don't know...
The Seat belt clasp ( if that's the right word) is backwards on my drivers side belt. When I put it on The belt is twisted.
Any idea on how to turn it around?
