GM has made the official announcement that there is 72 month zero percent financing on all Chevrolets (and most other GM brands) including the remaining 2004 Corvettes. You must take delivery by Nov 30. No other rebates apply but you can apply dealer discounts. If you can't get at least the GM supplier pricing on a Corvette (around 42 for a loaded coupe or 47 on a Z06 depending on options) let me know - I've got a couple of certificates from GM I can use to give anybody GM supplier pricing. 6 year 0% makes a heck of a difference when you figure the amount of interest you would have to pay on even a 6 year 4% loan ($6,700 on a $45k 4% loan $704 a month at 4% vs $625 a month at 0%).

I may actually get the '04 Millineum yellow Z06 I've had my eye on for a while.

Had to cancel my C6 order (placed in July at an Albuquerque dealer) since I was moving and didn't know where I was going to land for sure. The C6 was going to augment my 98 Pace car. Then low and behold, I got settled near Dallas and the local dealer had a C5 sale on Labor Day weekend. I got a C5 for $8000 of of list and 0% for 72 Months. Now I'm figuring on waiting for the C7:D

0 percent for 72 months

well it is a great deal but u have to look at all the angles u would give up a large rebate and maybe with discounts and rebates u may be better off to look at coventional financing.especially if you dont plan on keeping the car 72 months. And if I can assist let me know i am familiar with all the ways. Also the supplier price is more than i would sell a left over C5 for.

If you are only going to keep the car a couple of years then you want all the discounts up front. But if you are like me and hold on to a Vette for years then you cannot go wrong with 0% :) A $3,000 rebate or 0% financing. I take the 0% anyday.

Well I did it! I signed the papers last night and pick it up tomorrow. Even though an '04 Z06 is dated it is still quicker, with sharper handling, than is an '05 C6. Plus it will be a long time before I would be able to get a C6 for $8,200 under list with 72 month 0% financing! I pick the car up tomorrow - a Millineum Yellow Z06 with only 28 miles on it and the mirror and memory packages.

I am going to be keeping it for a long time so takiing the 0% was the way to go.

Kevin,
Congrats on your new Z06! As a Z06 owner, I can promise you that you won't be disappointed! Now you and MrsSchroeder can swap pictures of your Millenium Yellows!
