Personally I'm not a fan of 160 degree thermostat. I think and its just my opinion it takes the car too long to properly heat up the oil and burn off contaminants..
I wouldn't bother changing out the thermostat..
Buy an aftermarket radiator if you really want to lower coolant temps...
