1960 trunk mat non power post #4700?!...

Hi anyone know where I can source a 1960 trunk mat non-power top past serial #4700? I'm looking for it in black and if there are none out there, any thoughts on what route I should take? Just get a 1960 power top mat or 1959 non power top and try to make it work? Your help is greatly appreciated!

Al Knock lists a 1960 mat in black for non-power top cars but there is no mention of serial number range. With NCRS allowing parts made up to six months before the car's build date I'd think you could get away with an early mat if that is what they sell. Contact them for details on this mat.

I assume your car has a flat division panel.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for the reply. Al Knoch doesn't make this year any more and has no current plans to, already looked into it. But good thought, my next best move is going with an earlier one within the 6 months of build date for my car, may just have to do that!

I was looking at the diagram of them in the Judging Guide and they are very different along the back edge. It seems like there would be enough demand to do a run of these in at least black and red.
