Should a 61 lug wrench have a slightly curled end to remove the hubcaps?

From the 61 JG: the lug wrench is about 1" shorter that the floor recessed slot. It generally has a raised letter "O" (manufactures ID) at the socket end, and has a pronounced tang bend (for hubcap removal) at the narrow end.

If you need a picture let me know and I will take one of my 61 lug wrench.
