1962 Powerglide trans.

I have a friend who is restoring a 62 and I need to know if the stock Powerglide transmission was air cooled or water cooled?

It's air-cooled; liquid-cooled didn't start in Corvettes until 1963.

That is what I thought because there are no cooler line connections on the radiator. The car had been coverted to a
four speed and I wanted to be sure.
