1964-1967 Headlamp Switch NOS GM

I have a new headlamp switch I bought for my '67 25 years ago and didn't use. It's GM part number 1995179 and lists for 1964-1967. GM list price now is $32.18. I see some aftermarket ones cheaper but are they US manufactured by Delco? Are the new GM ones US made? I really don't know. This one was.
