Question: 1973 Corvette Windshield Placement of original logo and date code.

I wonder if someone has this info:

I want to replace my '73 windshield with the correct windshield. The manufacturer of the replacement winshield is asking me for the location of the date code and LOF info looking out from inside the vehicle on the winshield itself and how you read it from inside or outside. My current windshield has been replaced before but it is not a correct replacement.

It's located in the bottom corner of the right (passenger) side of the glass and should read normally looking from the outside in.

Schultz: you may want to reconsider the vendor for your windshield. Most folks familiar with the correct replacement Corvette windshield would already know the placement of the LOF logo, how it reads, and would only ask for the date code you want.
