1974 Red L-48 Coupe
Hello everyone. As sad as I am to announce this, I am trying to sell my 74. After having it for over three years, I've decided that I would rather have another vehicle. I have an online ad listeded on hemmings with the link below. I have replaced many parts on the car including a new GM 350 with a 3 yr/100,000 mile warranty. Along with the sell goes the original L-48. Like the ad states, I have over $22,000 in this car; however, I realize I will never be able to get out what I have in it. I am willing to sell for $16,500 but I cannot simply give the car away. If anyone has any questions, feel free to leave them and I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible.
Happy motoring!!!:lou

Coop,
Isn't there a big vette gathering up on the Grand Strand this weekend? Should get some good exposure if you get her out and about. I wish I could get up there but I've got to work. Your car looks good. I believe the MB corvette club is sponsoring the event.

I'm salivating! Sorry you have to let her go.

Mike,
There is a gathering tomorrow at Broadway at the Beach from 10AM-2PM. If this weather keeps up as it has been, they'll have an ugly day. However, I do believe tomorrow it is supposed to be somewhat sunny and the rain is supposed to halt. Unfortunately, a month ago I made plans for this weekend and didn't know that there was a car show; therefore, I am obligated from 7AM-12PM. Seeing how I am 45 minutes from the beach, I wouldn't have enough time to wash the Vette and get down there before everyone left. A real bummer...Thanks for the tip though!

74bigblock,
Thanks for your sympathy. I have truely enjoyed my car but the more I think about it, the more I realize that I need a truck or SUV in order to haul around things. Sadly, I must sell the Vette in order to have money to purchase another vehicle!

Hope you guys can get out and enjoy yall's cars this weekend!
