Help! 1980 Horn issue

Hello. I have been having problems with my horn working. I decided to investigate and found that the plastic sleeve in the hub that houses the spring is cracked and won't allow the contact to seat properly. Does anyone know if that plastic sleeve can be replaced or do I have to get a whole new hub. I have looked at all the usual parts suppliers and I can't seem to find a replacement. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Unfortunately not. I need the locking sleeve which is inserted into the hub so that the horn contact spring is locked in place. I am still trying to determine if it is a separate (hopefully) piece or part of the hub. Thanks anyway.

Thanks for your response. I was able to find the part which is Corvette Tilt & Telescopic Lower Contact W/Spring. I was under the impression that the part slid into the hub when it actually sits behind the hub and the "locking sleeve" slides in from behind. I was trying to void pulling the hub but I now have no choice.
