Hey guys, second posting here. I still cant seem to get my cruise to work correctly I appears everything is hooked up right, I have new cables and new transducer on it. The speedo works fine. It will not SET but it does speed up if I hold in the RESUME button. Anybody got any ideas? Id REALLY apreciate it. : ):confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused:confused

What procedure are you using to set it?? Sometimes it is the simpliest things.

The Cruise works on a vacuum from the engine. I would check that hose with a vacuum gauge to see if it's vacuum thight. Just a thought.

You need to check all connections before buying parts but it is common to have a non working set button on the stalk while the resume still will work to set the cruise. You may need to do some disassembly and check continuity through the set button.
