1981 front license plate filler panel??

Yes there are fillers available, any catalog has them. Eklers, Mid-America, Corvette Centeral are a few of them.
When I built my car I filled mine in with fiberglass.

C3 License Plate Filler

Are you still interested in a license plate filler for your 81?

I am running Antique Plates here in Texas and they only give you 1 plate for the rear, and I didn't want a decorative plate on the front. Everyone knows its a Corvette so I didn't want to advertise it with a vanity plate. I found that others are using C4 fillers, but they don't have the same shape that's needed and they require cutting small tab holes and extra small screw holes under the plate that can strip out after a few on and offs. So I built one that can be installed with or without a license plate in place in only 3 seconds without any tools!!! It uses the existing 4 holes for a license plate. A true show and go.

Making it properly required building a mold. This enables me to make more for guys like you. Give me your email address and I will email you some pics of it. My Vette is a 1981 too :thumb

Let me know if you are interested. My email account is blazeloeffelholz@gmail.com
