1981 horn relay-- help

I am still checking my car for the cause of the battery drain ,I have pulled all fuses to check if the test light goes out,the only time it does is when I pull this relay which I believe is the horn relay ,since the horn does not work.when I pull this relay the test light goes out.It is a yellow boxed shape relay 3 prong hanging in front of the fuse box. Copuld this be the problem ?? and is it the horn relay??

From looking at pictures of the relay on Ecklers and other's site's it looks like the horn relay..

the only #'s on it is 25505674

Thanks RARE ,thats exactually what it looks like and where it is located.
The test light does not light up now as this relayed is pulled ,so I am sure this is the drain ,I will find out in a couple day's,As I will leave it sit till Wednesday...Tim>>>
