1982 corvette high idle

I have a 1982 corvette, I replaced map sensor, did all the checks on it everything checked out fine. I replaced idle air controls, top plantum gasket, fuel pump and in line fuel filter, coolant temp, sensor. when I start it up, the car sits there and run at 700 to 800 rpm. Just as soon as the engine temp start increasing it jumps into high idle an stay there. Sounds like it don't go into close-loop. Can anyone tell me what to look for from here.
