1982 Mirrors

Hey everyone.
I have a question regarding the options on a 1982 Corvette. My passenger's side mirror is motorized. The driver's side mirror is manual.

Did it leave Kentucky like that, or a previous owner do something to one of the windows?

Both should be powered, not just one. If you have the joystick on your console, there should be a rocker switch in front of it that would select either the left or right mirror. The power mirrors are not available new but can be found used.
