1985 Vette Driver Information Panel

On my 1985 Vette Driver Information function select switch panel and the telltale screen there are two small inserted light bulbs and on the right side it for the Volts and coolant temp, this light bulb is working, but on the other side on the Oil Pressure and temperature and trip side, the bulb will not light up. I have removed the bulb and fixture on the left side and found that the bulb is good, but will not light up. Can anyone tell me how these are suppose to work and should both bulbs be lit at the same time.

The only thing I can think of is that those bulbs receive their electrical signal from the built-in wiring grid that's part of the info center. You might want to check the back of the panel for good contact.
