Anyone know?? Anyone??? :cool :m

I think I remember seeing BBS wheels on it??

I saw that car in the malcom konner showroom sometime in the 80's, can't remember the exact year.

Their dealer was amazing... 2 stories with all the Corvettes on top. there was an outside and inside to the 2nd story, and the outside had the new vettes packed in super tight... lined up by color when I was there. The inside has this callaway, a '78 Pace Car, and a few other unique corvettes.

...now, what was the prize ;) :m :v

Nice work!

Thanks:)

Is this one of the first 4 cars with the truck block? I thought all 4 of them were 1987's... or are there actually 5 truck block cars or ?

For now, All I can say with certainty is, the first four 1987's had truck blocks. The 1986 would fall closer to being a prototype or, development car - Now, guess how many MK's there were supposed to be ;)

MK twin turbos? My guess is they were supposed to convert all 10 Z51 manual cars?

nope... ;)

But, Fifty "Malcolm Konner Commemorative Edition" 1986 Corvettes were built in a special arrangement. Each Corvette had special two-tone paint schemes, Silver Beige over Black, coded "spec." Window stickers reflected 4OO1ZA as the RPO, and a $500 cost. All were coupes, twenty with manual transmissions, thity with automatics. Twenty had RPO Z51 suspensions, divided equally between manual and automatic transmission cars. All had graphite leather interiors. One became the first Callaway twin-turbo engine conversion. Konner Corvettes were not built in sequence as serial numbers ranged from 1G1YY0781G5108043 AND 1G1YY0782G5108343.
