Looking fwd buying an 87, yellow, auto. Any tips an 87's vettes, problems with the car (electrical, engine or any) welcome thanks

I've had my '87 for 13 happy years. That car has never left me stranded and the girls still love it
The VATS system acts up about twice a year but after a couple of minutes she always starts up again. (considering the PINTA and cost to replace the locks and keys, I have no problem with waiting)

You will want to check the seatbelts for proper operation since some didn't retract properly. If that's the case on your new car simply take it to any GM dealer and they'll fix it for free.
