Sorry, they are not produced "aftermarket". The Callaway rear bumper is still available from Callaway Cars for seven grand and change last I heard as part of the complete Aerobody- The signature Callaway tail is part of that package, but not avail. seperately.

Sorry this is probably not what you were hoping to hear...

Welcome to the :CAC

I thought it was a shame when I found out that too

Actually I like the front and rear bumpers of the aerobody but I don't know why they bothered with the side panels - I think they look a bit too fussy.

Mind you look at some new Porsches, they have the "vents" at the rear similar to an aerobody.

Either Callaway or Paul Deutschmann were years ahead of their time or Deutschmann had something to do with Porsche...

If you can't get a Callaway rear bumper (shame they don't make an emblem to replace the "Corvette" one) people will have to think they just got blown away by a stock Vette!!!;)

actually, he did do a Porsche called the Spexter http://www.deutschmandesign.com/english/spexter.htm :m

If you didn't put on the entire Callaway Aerobody kit it would look kind of funny. The entire car is widened at the bottom by about six inches. Yes, about three inches at each rocker panel. This includes the lower door panels which obviously have to match up to thr rocker panels. If you only put on the nose and tail it would look caved in on the sides.

Remember the Aerobody was a completely functional kit thus the door panels.
