I have an original Callaway owners kit from a Callaway we had a few years ago. Any idea of what its worth? It has the box, leather bound manuals, etc. Email at AZBOWTIE@COX.NET
Thanks!!

Presentation Kit

I have seen the go from $150 to $300 I have seen people advertise the for a high as $475 but the owner still has it . If you are interested in selling it I am willing to make a deal with you if it is complete.

If you and "callaway4fun" can't get together on this, I am interested. I have an '87 TTC. Figure out what you want tho' - I will not bid up on "4fun". Thanks for thinking about us Callaway owners!

Did either of you guy's come to terms on this?? :m

Guys & gals

I may be in the minority here but it really bothers me:mad when people don't pass on the documentation with the car when they sell it. I have always passed the doc's on all my cars including the ZR1s I have sold and that is the full KIT!!! I passed on one ZR1 because the guy would only sell the owners kit seperate from the car. When I got my TT it came with enough paperwork to choke a horse, everything from the original order invoice which listed the car as part of the GM purchase program to manuals. I don't know if I have a complete kit, but I am satisfied the person who had the car tried to do the CORVETTE THING AND PASS THE DOCs. I will step off my soap box now.

Cross, I agree 110% I had bought an 87 GN and after finding the original owner (I was #3) I looked him up, called and asked if he had anything left from the car - he was very polite and said he would look & asked that I call him back... He later said he would like to keep the items as it reminded him of the car he had...

With my B2K, I got a 3 ring binder complete with all sorts of info - fortunately with our Callaway's, Callaway Cars has kept files on these machines at their location - This idea sure makes it earier to doccument the car and its history :)

Its the corvette thing.

Did you get all of your GN info, do you still have your GN? Ive had my GN for over 10 years and just love the car.

Never did get the info :( I offered to pay shipping, etc. No dice...

Sold the car in 1997 to Dennis Kirban for his resale market - funny thing, he offered me about 500 bucks less than what I wanted, I kept my black GM crosslace wheels and sold it to him w/ 2 front GN wheels / tires and the rear 2 wheels in the trunk - no tires ;LOL

I wound up selling the crosslace wheels & tires for 900 bucks :D

Ya Baby:_rock

Its funny no one ever wants to race the GN, but the always want to race the vette.

TT Owners kit

Can anyone tell me what the kit consisted of? I have a supplementary owners manual (white-cover bound manual). Was that part of the kit?

The kit was only avail through part of 1988 it seems :(

When purchasing a new B2K, Callaway sent a ownership presentation package along with the car at time of delivery. This package was decorated with the Callaway/Corvette logo on the top of the box The box was colored black. Inside the box Callaway included a fountain pen, daily planner, small black/gold flash light, and the TT manual/maintenance book. The first three items had the Callaway logo on them.

Owners manual was avail in this kit and seperately.
