1988 corvette ragtop

Hello I have 1988 corvette has 65k on it,have power fuel pump all relays work fuse fine fuel pump not kicking on when just turn key ,no fuel in fuel rail, plus 10amp fuse has no power to fuse panel for fuel pump all fuses are fine any idea buying parts for nothing?
