After 3 weeks working on this code 14 (High Temperature Coolant Indicated) and getting the tools i needed, Ease Computer Scan tool, a volt ohm meter and a FSM. I found that the coolant temp sensor was good and the yellow wire from the ECM to the sensor was not shorted to ground. The ECM thought the coolant was 250 degrees all the time and the car would be hard to start when cold. So i got a reman A/C Delco ECM from GM and replaced it tonight and now my car is back to normal starts up when cold and no more check engine light.
