Never saw that tape, but there was a video tape that was part of the owners package.

86 came with a tape (still in mine) for the radio...mine has black paper cover with gold "bowtie"

It's a demonstration tape.

Mine still has a tape for the Bose sound system. I think it came as part of the owner's package.
