Hello all,

I'm new to the forum. Joined up to learn more while researching the purchase of a 1966. Well, I finally found one and that's the good news. The bad news is my prize '92 must find a new home. The car is in great shape and has less than 33,500 original miles on it. I've listed the ebay link here in hopes of reaching some folks that might be interested. Feel free to post questions. Thanks!

Thanks, Jimmy. Just my luck.

Car looks great!! I have a 93 polo green coupe and have been considering going to a convertible because it would be a little more user friendly for my wife. The car looks very interesting to me but I'm not a big E-Bay fan. Any chance you could let a fellow CAC member know where your reserve is at? If not I understand, you probably get a ton of people asking that same question. Take care and welcome to CAC, Tim :w

Thanks!

I won't reveal the reserve just yet as I only listed the car this afternoon. I will say that it's slightly higher than NADA retail for the car given the brand new tires, hardtop, and accesories I'm including. Hope that gives you an idea at least.

Since we're on the subject.... does anyone out there have any experience selling a similar car? If so, please share with me anything you would like in terms of what you asked for the car and what you were able to sell it for. My "appraisals" have been all over the place. Naturally, some potential buyers want to tell me something low while others have been about where I think it should be. Already feel like I'm fishing in the dark.
