40th Anniversary 1993 Bose CD Player

The radio works fine. Put a CD in it either says ERR and spits it out aor it stays in but never plays??? Any ideas, Any type of cleaning that can be done without taking it apart???

mine does the same thing. its time for a trip to dr dons. i think thats the right name and their down in texas.
it will cost about $150.00 including freight
look up his info on line and give them a call.
for $500.00 they will set it up to play any cd you can burn
