Radio has low volume but CD works fine…

Hello this is my first post to the forum. Hoping you can help me.

I have a really strange problem with my ‘03 C5-Z06 head unit. It’s been a problem since I owned it. It’s the Bose system with a single CD in the head unit and for whatever reason the AM/FM is extremely quiet, barely noticeable (no static just very quite). The weird thing is the CD player works just fine. I have been through some of the previous posts about the 24 fuse and I checked that, but it’s OK. Any help is appreciated!

I would check to make sure the antenna is seated properly in the back of the radio, other than that, I don't know.
