1995 door panel removal

What is the correct way to remove the door panel on a 1995? How do I remove the trim piece around the door latch?

i'm trying to remeber as i removed mine not to long ago....... the only screw that is hidden is the one behind the door lock. the piece that slides back and forth to lock / unlock the doors. you have to remove that piece to get to the screw. carefully pry the plastic doorlock piece away from the doorpanel, it just snaps on the rod under it. then you can get to the screw. the rest are exposed i think. be carefull and take your time and it will come off .
