I have a 1996 coupe and my visors on both sides are bending on the outsides. Does anyone have a good home remedy that has worked?

Do you mean " the tails are flapping in the breeze"¿?

Most do that.
I have heard that you can take a wire coat hanger piece and slide it in there along the bottom edge..
But, someone just posted a fella who will recover these visors for 40$ plus shipping.
I am waiting to hear back whether he repairs the cardboard inserts too.

They will do that normally, from being pushed up and out of your way.

You can take them down and steam them like you would a good hat, and that will loosen the stiffener inside and then press it back into shape. Place under a stack of encyclopedia's.

Many find that the replacement route is easier, look at many of the corvette oriented purveyors in the web links, or their printed catalogues.

Lots of luck either way.

Yes mine were bent at the ends. The new ones I have are not yet doing this, but probably will soon.

Just pry the mirror part up and stick a piece of wire in there to straighten them out. Don't short the wiring like I did and blow a fuse.

A guy on eBay has been selling plastic pieces to slide into the visor, lock into place and fix the problem. They were cheap ($10 or so) and worked nicely.....but one broke in less than 6 months.

I just noticed that my passenger side is starting to flap abit. I was thinking of using some wire as well, though I think a coat hanger would be too stiff and not be able to bend.
