Welcome to the Corvette Forums at the Corvette Action Center!

1st Bowling Green Corvette

thanks,Bob!!! there is so very nice details as to how the BG plant got up and running!!!!

Great post Bob,I have some past corvette news issues, but not that one.

Until your post.I got one on ebay, which will stay in the front passenger seat at car shows and the like.

It is of special interest to me as my L81 was #41 to roll off the BG line, and thanks to the years of care by the previous original owner,of which i intend to carry on the tradition, the original factory paint is as nice as when it rolled off the line back in 81. thanks again, Ken

Bud,
If you like I can send you the actual magazine. I have these dating back to around the early 70's and they are sitting in a box in the attic. I just went and dug out the one in question.

PM your address and I will send the original tomorrow.

I've seen these articles before, but have not been able to find the hard copies or a good copy for the L81 VetteRegistry ... I'd like to copy this, if it's ok, or if you would send them to me or our Webmaster at the Registry RareL81 @ hotmail.com or to webmaster @ L81VetteRegistry.com we would greatly appreciate it ;)

Thanks for the memories... over 685 documented and only 39921 left to find and Document :eek ;LOL

Bud
