The noise similar to a low level alarm tone is random, and sometimes doesn't appear when driving. Other times it can be very annoying, and can occur without the key in the ignition switch. It seems to emanate from under the driver's side dash, but due to the construction of the underside, access is impossible without removal of the dash. Can anyone help with the diagnosis?
