Hi

If you are looking for a Mill Yelow vert auto, loaded under 10,000 miles at the right price check out the for C5 for sale, over at corvette forum.

If l didn't just buy a C5 l would be driving it now.

Alan

car is in Mich !!!!!

The price is right!

I check the current wholesale (dealer only) and this is a steal for sure.

Maybe because it's a Holiday week the people with $ are on vacation and when they get back it will be gone.

If l didn't just buy a C5 (this week) l would have stepped out for sure on this one.

Not sure what the big deal is, it don't take too long to find one at that price with less mileage. There is a burgundy one for sale in Granger Indiana for the same money with 8,000 miles. Private sale 574-210-9821 standard shift, and a coupe with 5,000 miles right close by for the same money. Then if you can stand 20,000 miles there is a blue convertible for $29,000.

I think people get in to big a rush to own a Corvette and pay way to much some times. What ever makes your clock tick is what you should do, money is not the object, driving it is.

Check the color and options !

The millenium Yellow, auto, vert is the prize, the rest of the colors are not worth as much or even close to it.

Yep - The best looking C5 Corvette out there! ;LOL

Later . . . . . .

I was in a resturant talking to a yellow vert owner (C5) just last weekend and he told me the EXACT same thing, "Millinium Yellow is the best looking color on a vette." .... my comment to him was "Now why would you say that?" ..... the silence was deafening!!! ....;LOL

Now, in another vein, why a person would buy an automatic when there are so many 6-speeds out there .... :crazy its just plain nutz!!

The 6spd is falling out of favor !!!!!!!

With today's auto's that is almost as fast as the 6 spd even though the manual has higher rear ratio and the auto the perf rear can only be felt with a clock.

With heavy traffic no matter where you live the 6 spd is work and sometimes a pain. And the auto's have fewer problems.

Now that's my two cents.

But the 6spd should bring in a resale at least a $1000 more and now with the paddle shifts who knows.

As far as my vette for the first time since my 64 l went to an auto and l'll never go back.

Awesome pic's

That's the place to be right now.

Still for sale !!!!!!!!!!!!

I am sure when the people come back from vacation this vette will be gone for sure. What makes me crazy is that l would love to buy it myself but l'm already commited to a new C5.

Alan

p.s. And l need a coupe because of my dog.

I think he is going to keep it !

I'm happy for him because the vette was drop dead and a steal at his asking price.

Good things do happen.

I had the same car only with the MN6 and only 6600 miles on it - got $33k on a trade for an '06 conv.

Trade ????

Hi

While that sounds awesome, when you trade in a car the dealers are able to play with the numbers so you never know what you really get, even though what they gave you was high.

It also depends on when, today the vette is discounted more then before. My buddy bought a C6 and paid over sticker and guys on theis forum had discounts up to $5000.

So you never know the true worth.

I can appreciate what your saying since I've bought and sold over 40 cars in the last 40 years, but, the dealer is a friend of mine so I knew exactly what I was getting for my car and what he paid for his.
