2003 A4 tranny leaking..wazzup ?

@8,000 miles my automatic 2003 is leaking transmission fluid. Thought this issue was fixed. Looks like coming out the overflow to me but at 8,000 miles I thought it would be settle In by now.
Had a puddle this morning around 3 inches in diameter.

Hi there,
Your overflow tube is located at the right rear of the transmission, and is held by a bracket.
Check if it is coming out there, or not.

Three inches in diameter is not a puddle. It’s more like a few drops. Transmission oil is very thin and spreads easily. Don't panic. 8000 mile is barely broken in. Check the fluid level and if it's ok then have the dealer check it out when you get your next service.

If it really bothers you then take it in now. After a few miles we all leak a little fluid now and then.
