The key fob won't activate my horn either when I hold down the red horn emergency button, the only thing that happens is it sounds like a fast turn signal clicker under the hood when i hit the button on the fob. The fuse looked good under the hood. Any ideas what to check next?
Thanks!

The absolutely first thing to check is the power to the horn. You need either a volt meter or a 12v bulb with 2 wire leads. Unplug the horn and test the wire to ground. You will need a helper to hit the horn button. It sounds like either a bad horn or bad ground.

Now I'm going fishing for the horn, I believe it's under the front headlight, left or right I don't know but will check. Thanks for your assistance, I'll check for power to the horn once i find it.

Well it turns out it was the big fat square fuse in the fuse box (relay fuse?), not the 20 amp fuse. Thanks for your help, the horns a blowin' again!
