Thanks for the kind words Bud! I'm glad to be able to help. I've taken a lot of useful info from the forums, so it's the least I could do to help! Right now, we've got 413 registered cars, 70 "members", and 28 images in the member photo album!

Hopefully everyone has a good Holidays and keep their 'vettes warm and dry for the winter!

Thanks Bud. The Registry has become the best single year registry going and it is because of your dedication and the hard work and extreme talent of Tim Gedney as well as all of the members that love these L81s. We have a great bunch of people in this registry.

I'd like to personally thank all of the members you listed above for helping make CAC CruiseFest 2004 a success. To have L81ers come from all across the country to Auburn was very gratifying for those of us that worked so hard to put on an enjoyable meet. I was very proud when L81 Registry members took home two major awards considering all of the outstanding Corvettes that were there. The Road Warrior award was not given lightly. It was awarded as much for the attitude of the owner as it was to the car. Gerry was well deserving of the honor.

What can you say about Trent. He drove his low mile beauty up from Tennessee only to see it sit out through a mild midwertern shower with high winds, inches of rain and then a several hour power outage. But it was sitting there with everyone elses and when all was said and done Trent took home the Peoples Choice Award. It appears that even non L81 owners appreciate the best when they see it.

I'm looking forward to 2005 and to seeing more great things from the L81VetteRegistry. I'm also looking forward to meeting more members as well as old friends. Now if we could just be rid of this snow.

Tom

Bud......

Hard to believe we've come this far from what we inherited from Eric; what..... 4-5 years ago? You and Tim have made the L81 site the best single year site I've ever been on.

Bravo!!!!!!! ........... Nut

Tom, Bob,

Yes sir the L81VetteRegistry has come a long ways since taken over the reigns of the OLD L81 Registry.

The L81VetteRegistry only gets better. Tim has taken our website to another level. He is dedicated to making the Registry an interactive site for our membership. Tim does all this while balancing his senior year in College, major in Engineering. I can't say enough about the young 1981 owners I've met through the Registry.

I'm confident our passion is in good hands and our efforts to document the 1981 Corvette will one day be noticed as a shinning example for others to emulate.

We have a great thing going with the L81VetteRegistry and I'm DAM PROUD to be associated with it and the membership :upthumbs

Bud
